What is Global Play?
Global Play Network is an app-based, monthly membership platform that provides our members access to a wide variety of experiences, activities, and social entertainment venues that promote physical activity, fun, and memorable experiences for all ages. Families join our network to receive UNLIMITED visits to select locations, PLUS special member pricing to movie theaters, bowling alleys, ice rinks, skating rinks, miniature golf, and more. Global Play is dedicated to making these opportunities available to all families through our partnering businesses in the entertainment industry.
What is included in a Global Play membership?
Members can earn credits towards monthly membership fees by purchasing gift cards through the Global Play App. These credits can either be directly applied to a user’s account or can be gifted to other members.

How do I view and edit my account details?
Navigate to the “Dashboard” page in the GPN app by clicking the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. You can also reach this page by clicking the hamburger icon on the bottom right of your screen and selecting “Dashboard”. On this page, you will find a list of members in your Global Play Network. To manage the account of one of the members, click “Manage” to the right of his/her name.
You can also add members or upgrade your membership from this screen.
How do I add a family member to my account?
Navigate to the “Dashboard” page in the app by clicking the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. On this page, you will see the headline “Membership”. Click the button directly below that headline that reads “Add a Member”. Here. on the choose a membership page, click the “Subscribe” button at the bottom, subscribing to the GPN10 membership.
On the “Add Members” page, you will see a list of members on your account, and you can now select the ones you would like to purchase a membership for. You can also add members at this time.
You will then be asked for the birthdate and photos of each member for verification.
How do I add a payment card to my account?
Click the “hamburger” icon (the three horizontal stacked lines) on the bottom right of your screen, and then select “Payments” from the menu. On the payments page, you will see an option to add a Credit/Debit card on the right side of the screen (below all other icons and text). Click “Add a Credit/Debit” card. A form will appear to enter your credit card information. Click the “Add Card” button.
Someone gave me a Global Play Gift Card. How do I redeem it?
Navigate to the “Dashboard” page in the App by clicking the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. At the top left of the screen, you will see a box labeled “Redeem a Code”. Enter the Gift Card number in the text box that appears and then click “Submit”. This will add the amount of the Gift Card to your account.
At the top right of your Dashboard, you will see your total Global Play Cash (GP$) available.
How do I cancel my membership?
Navigate to the “Dashboard” page in the App by clicking the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. On the page, you will find a list of members in your account. To cancel the account of one of your family members, click “Manage” to the right of their name. In the center box, click the button “Manage Membership”. Click the arrow in the drop-down menu that appears and click the action you would like to take. You can Cancel, Upgrade, or Deactivate your account.
We hope you never want to cancel and we are consistently working to bring exciting partners and events to the membership.
Visiting Network Places
Where can I find out more information about Global Play’s Partner Locations?
Navigate to the app’s home screen by clicking the house icon on the bottom of the screen. At the top of the page, you will see a search function. Here, you can search for specific locations, towns, or activities.
The first section is titled “UNLIMITED LOCATIONS”. There is a “View All” button to the right and once selected you can see all the locations that are included in your membership that you can visit EVERY SINGLE DAY!
The next section is titled “SPECIAL PRICING LOCATIONS”. Click “View All” to see all the locations that offer discounted pricing with your membership.
Once you have selected a location that you want to learn more about, you can click the image and it will take you to a detail page.
I’ve arrived at a partner location and want to use my membership to enter. How do I do that?
Navigate to the location’s page by clicking the house icon on the bottom of the screen. Search for the partner location you would like to visit, and once you find it, click on the icon for that location. Under the location photo, click on the orange button that says “Check In”. This will allow you to select the users you would like to check in to the location. Once you’ve selected the members, click the yellow “Check In” button and present it to the person at the front desk of the location.
How can I view my gift cards?
Navigate to the “Dashboard” page in the app by clicking the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. Click on the “My Gift Cards” button on the top right of the page. You may also browse gift cards by month by clicking on the drop-down that is labeled “This Month”.
How can I delegate access to a friend?
In the app, click the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner, then select “Delegated Access”. Click the yellow “+” button in the bottom right corner. A box will pop up that says “Add Access”. Here, type the username (if they’re also a GPN member) or mobile phone number of the person you want to share access with. Then click “Select Members”. Determine how long you would like your member’s account shared by selecting a date in the box that appears after clicking “Yes” in the “Can Expire” section. Then, click which members you want to share access with.
Once that is done, the person you shared access with will need to download the app. (They do not need to be a paying member to have access to the Delegated Access feature.) Then they must “Accept Access”. To do this, they will go to the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner, click on “Delegated Access”, select “Access Received” at the top right of the page, and then click “Accept”.
Earning Global Play Cash
What is Global Play Cash?
Global Play Cash (GP$) is credit that can be earned through the Global Play App and used to either reduce the cost of your monthly membership fee or purchase passes to locations.
How can I earn Global Play Cash (GP$)?
There are two ways for you to earn Global Play Cash to reduce the cost of your monthly membership:
(1) Purchasing Gift Cards through the Global Play App
Navigate to the app’s home screen by clicking the house icon on the bottom of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the box that says “Purchase Gift Cards” and select it. From here, you will be able to browse various locations that offer gift cards through the Global Play app. Each gift card purchase has a corresponding amount of “Global Play” dollars, indicated by the line that says “Spend $X, Get GP $X”. in each gift card listing. Once you purchase a gift card, Global Play dollars will be automatically added to your account as credit.
(2) Non-Members Send Credits from Gift Card Purchases
Non-members can download the Global Play Network App and purchase gift cards through the App and earn credits to share with friends and loved ones.
If I have earned Global Pay Cash, but it is not enough to cover my membership fee, is there a partial credit for that month?
Yes! You can see the number of Global Play credits on the dashboard page of the app. You can use your Global Play cash as credit towards your monthly membership fee of $10.
